Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using NutriAI Pro (the "Service") — ai-nutri.net website and @botnutraibot Telegram bot — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Service description

NutriAI Pro provides AI-powered food photo analysis, nutrition tracking and personalized recommendations via Telegram Bot and Mini App.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Free tier: 2 photo analyses per day, no card required.
Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Premium): billed monthly or yearly in advance.
Payment via Telegram Stars, card (YooKassa) or cryptocurrency (CryptoBot).
Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime in the bot settings.
Refund policy: within 14 days of first payment if the Service did not work as expected. Contact support.

4. User responsibilities

You are 14 years or older.
You will not use the Service for illegal purposes.
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the Service.
You will not resell the Service without permission.

5. Medical disclaimer

The Service is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. AI recommendations are advisory and may contain errors. For medical conditions (diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, eating disorders) consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.

6. Accuracy limitations

AI photo analysis typically achieves 80-95% accuracy for standard dishes. Complex, rare or low-light meals may be analyzed with lower accuracy. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

7. Intellectual property

NutriAI Pro, its logos, code, content belong to the Service. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and data. You grant us a license to use anonymized data for Service improvement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may close your account anytime by contacting support.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for health consequences from following or not following AI recommendations. Maximum liability limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the bot 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law of the Service operator's jurisdiction. Disputes should first be resolved amicably via support.
